sparky256DSL
I have an account that is owned by Arrow Financial but is being collected by Capital Mgmt. If I DV arrow the DV will be untimely, but since Capital just started collecting for Arrow theirs would be timely. I know Arrow owns and Capital collects because I called and asked who owns the accountand Arrow said they did but it was "being managed by Capital Management" and the rep gave me the number to call for Capital. I checked my CR and Capital did an inquiry in Feb. I have never heard anything from either. What do you think?

sparky256DSL
Its a CC debt and within SOL. DOFD = 06/2005. Was originally a Younker Dept Store CC from HSBC. Arrow financial reports on my reports but when I called them to inquire about the account they told me it was managed by Capital and gave me the contact info. I asked what this all meant and they said it is owned by Arrow but they could not talk about the account because the files where with Capital and I had to call them to arrange payment/settlement. Capital does not report on my CR. Do I DV the owner of the account or the CA that is collecting the account. Both are CAs so do I DV both or only that who reports to my CR?Thanks

EdwinRamos
From what you are relating Arrow is a JDB and farmed out the account for Collection to the CA Capitol...So as to answer to your question, DV Capitol...
TTigggers
You could also DV Capitol and send Arrow an Investigation as they will Claim they are the creditor.IMHO I would DV Capitol first wait for a response then ask Arrow for an investigation if Capitol's response is poor or they don't respond at all.
