Target question

I called target to ask about a couple of late payments I have 1 (30) and 1 (60) back to back... The person told me that it is not even showing up late on thier system... I disputed this and it came back verified a week ago.. what is the next step...

Call again. The goal is to get another Customer Service Rep to tell you the same thing. If/when they do, try to get a letter stating this out of them. Ask them to report their existing history, in effect removing the prior late payments; but try to get this without letting them know.

If you can get a letter, it might set up a nice MOV scenario...
