angelique659
File a complaint with the FCC:http://www.fcc.gov/cgb/consumerfacts/callerid.htmlI read through that, but it seems to pertain to telemarketers, not CA's.
NASCAR_Devil
I read through that, but it seems to pertain to telemarketers, not CA's.I thought so to at first but this sentence caught my eye:"if you suspect that Caller ID information has been falsified, or you think the rules for protecting the privacy of your telephone number have been violated, you can file a complaint with the FCC"They definately falsified their Caller ID. You might throw in a FTC complaint as well since they are under federal scrutiny at the moment. Couple more nails in their coffin would be good.
