Scouse
This is JDB response to my Motion for Discovery:They objected to most of the questions or stated that they were "unclear"They attached the following:A fax titled "Bill of Sale" supposedly from OC with no name, no account #, nothing to identify whose account JDB purchased.A series of computer printouts from JDB computer ...it has the name of OC (refered to as client), my name, alleged account #, and principal balance. Everything else printed on paper is X's.Then a series of screen (Collect Screen)printouts from JDB computer records which contain my name, address, place of employment, SS#, alleged account #, OC name, alleged charge off date, balance, date of last payment, opening date, and date of last purchase. Is this considered legal proof? They also sent in a seperate envelope a letter requesting we discuss a reasonable way to resolve this. Even if the paperwork were copies from the OC - it's still hearsay evidence - the JDB not have have proof that the documents are real or how they obtained them.If there is no bill of sale from the OC - ferget it, this is BS evidence. Scouse
That's what I thought.....how do I properly object to this nonsense? Why are they going through all this if they have no proof? We've already shown that we are following through on this....so why do they bother?
Scouse
So....info not from the OC doesn't constitute proof? The only doc from the OC is a "Bill of Sale" with no account #, no name, address etc. Just a generic one.
admin
You can file an objection to strike their answers - but you'll need to look up the exact procedure for your state and country.
