WickeDay
This should probly go under the Biggest Loser stickie, but, I didn't want to drag down the whole thread. So, it's April. I started the year off so good! Now, I cannot get back into it. I keep saying, "Tommorrow, I'm really gonna go back to eating right." Then that turns into the next day, and the day after that, and that. I feel awful. My body feels awful and although I haven't actually gained that much and my friends say it's not noticable, I feel like a cow.Anyone else having trouble? bubbaboo
I started in mid August and have lost 54 pounds. My goal is to lose a total of 95. I have not lost anything in about two months, but I have not gained. My doctor told me to pick up on the exercise each day. I was doing 40 minutes a day for five days a week. I am going to 60 minutes a day, six days a week. This is the first time in my life that I have stuck with a plan for losing weight. You just have to start and keep with it. It looks like you are where I am, just over half way to the end goal. Just do it and stop feeling bad about yourself.
Moneedshelp
It can be tough when hitting a plateau. Just continue to do what is good for your body. I was going to weight watchers and lost about 40 when I got tired. It wasn't difficult to follow and nothing special, but just got hard for me to continue. I think I had gained about 10 lbs, but now I am getting back on track. Just keep doing something and find out what your motivation is going to be. Mine is getting new clothes for an upcoming trip. I've got to do it. And you can too
Amerikaner83
Look at my ticker...I haven't moved from there in awhile, and I probably actually gained a few...
Ravenous Wolf
Now if you are exercising, doesn't muscle weigh more than fat?So after a couple of months, even if you aren't making any headway, isn't that actually an improvement because the added muscle is far better than the fat?
