laconic1981
I'm surprised I never knew this before but their customer service (over the phone) SUCKS!! Yes I have this card. There customer service does suck but you can get a little better service if you ask to speak to someone in America... it still sucks but at very least you can understand what is being said. Magdalen77
I'm surprised I never knew this before but their customer service (over the phone) SUCKS!! I've always used the 770 area code number that's on my CR for Tribute/FBOD. So, I've always gotten people who speak English and mostly very nice. The worst one was unhelpful, but not rude, so I really can't complain about them. I have the Tribute card, it was the first card I was able to get when my credit improved slightly (in the mid-500s rather than the 400s). I refused to get a secured card. I was grateful for them giving me an unsecured card no matter how crappy the fees were. They been pretty good about routine CLI, every three months or so.
