hey! i am also a newbie-ISH....lol i know that the imagine card is through FBOD....they also put out the TRIBUTE gold mastercard....thats the one i have....so far so good.....i can log on and see my acct and pay online which is a HUGE thing for me.....what i liked best was it is one of the few cards that required no up front money....which i dont have to throw around as i am traveling to 700+.....they just rolled the fees into my statement...so its a lot easier paying that off than coming up with it before i got the card....

I'm surprised I never knew this before but their customer service (over the phone) SUCKS!!

Yes I have this card. There customer service does suck but you can get a little better service if you ask to speak to someone in America... it still sucks but at very least you can understand what is being said.

I've always used the 770 area code number that's on my CR for Tribute/FBOD. So, I've always gotten people who speak English and mostly very nice. The worst one was unhelpful, but not rude, so I really can't complain about them. I have the Tribute card, it was the first card I was able to get when my credit improved slightly (in the mid-500s rather than the 400s). I refused to get a secured card. I was grateful for them giving me an unsecured card no matter how crappy the fees were. They been pretty good about routine CLI, every three months or so.
