rodeogal
I have been digging and have learned from many sources that credit cards are considered open accounts. In my state the SOL on open accounts is 3 years.I have a couple of CC CO that have changed hands a couple of times and are currently listed on my CR by a CA/JDB. On these accounts the new CA has changed the open date to just a few months ago, and there is no DOFD or DOLA showing. How can I get this information? How can I get this information? The open date the CA/JDB is reporting is when they initially reported to the CRA's. Contact the reporting CRA's and they will give you the DOFD for the account. If the OC is still reporting both dates should match.
