NYMatt
Anybody ever hear of them ? They just sent me a dunning letter for a Chase CC that I allegedly owe.
m2aclark
I've dealt with them from a settlemnt standpoint, if it come sback and you do owe the debt and want to settle, they run about 42% on Chase accounts. Chase closeout is usually the 26th with collectors, so try to settle about the 24th or 25th.

Shae
FYI - E-mail addresses are available on their website. They get responded to promptly too.Just wanted to add this on for anyone looking:DV letter mailed to them, no response, 2nd DV mailed to them - USPS hasn't delivered yet. 2nd DV emailed to them at few email addresses provided at their website. Next day I get a response - they SAY they're waiting on T-Mobile to respond but they are gonna delete the TL until they get whatever they are waiting for. I'm ok with that! NYMatt
They called me about 4 times today asking where to send the validation to.I told them they must have my mailing address if they mailed me a dunning letter to begin with. The girl on the phone seemed frustrated with my reply. She then called back and said they weren't going to send anything.Whatever.Then some guy called back asking for a physical address to mail it to.I said just mail it to my po box.He then added if they didn't hear back from me they would do something but I hung up before he could finish.:)I recently got a curbside box and did the paperwork at the post office but I wasn't about to help a debt collecter do his job.
