shadokeeper Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 I have reviewed the MOV letters on this site and I wrote one and sent it in to EQ, TU and EX, I got generic responses, that say that they validate using either a letter or electronically. Is this the normal response or should I request the MOV be more related to the my account, wording like what was the exact method of verification used when verifying my disputed specific account.
