No other representation of or warranty of title or enforceability is expressed or implied" They are stating that this receipt is issued and that the recipient will get no further help from them other then what is stated in the account purchase agreement.(contract for sale of the portfolio) They further make no claims that any accounts are good or collectible, and that they can't assume they did. It also implies (to you) that they will produce the purchase agreement to try to prove up ownership. It looks like its been cut and pasted from several different documents and has 2 handwritten dates one of which has been crossed out and changed.It has no information regarding me....just that they purchased some debts from the OC.
