Recovering Attorney
You need to serve and file an answer denying the allegations and defending on the ground of no persoanl jurisdiction. I'd check with a knowledgeable lawyer quickly

merrybucks
Go to the court. The clerk can tell you what form to use to notify the court of improper service. This form may also be available online. If they get a judgement you may be able to have it overturned due to improper service.

merrybucks
The court can provide you with all the documents that have been filed. Don't get ahead of the game just yet. You need to file for improper service. That should stop them from obtaining a judgement just yet. If the judge has already ruled then file to have it overturned due to improper service.
