LoveToGod Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 I have been pulling my credit daily and watching the inquires fall off. Today I wanted to look at it since the dispute results said 2 collections were off, but this time when I went pull it, it said a tracking code was going to be mailed to me and that I could log into it once I got that in the mail.Has anyone that uses TrueCredit seen this? What has your experience been with it? I guess it will keep me from dropping inquiries off for a little while.Has anyone had success mailing in disputes for getting rid of inquiries through CSC? If so, how many do you do at a time to stay under the radar?
stefdr Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 I went through the security tracking code thing a few months ago, it just stopped my daily pulls for about a week. They say its to confirm your address and identity, I think it is just a stalling tactic. They send you the code in the mail and you have to call CSR to get it reactivated again.
lovelydria Posted April 15, 2008 Report Posted April 15, 2008 Happen to me the other day when I had but fruad alert on my CR, and I did not wait in that in the mail, I just called them up and you will be able to view your credit report.
LoveToGod Posted April 15, 2008 Author Report Posted April 15, 2008 I called TrueCredit and they told me that Experian had placed a Fraud Alert on the file and they send this information to TU. So now I have a fraud alert on file, thanks to Experian!xxHellxxxxHellxxThey did say I would be able to view it in 5 to 10 min.
