invmgmt Posted April 16, 2008 Report Posted April 16, 2008 Alright, I am admittedly a newbie. I see a lot of advice on CAs but not on OCs. What is the best way to deal with OCs that my wife has racked-up so much debt with that there is no way to pay these guys?

Try searching for the cc company's names, the term "hardship", etc. If you give the names, amounts and status (are you current, late, etc) you may get some info on this thread.
