isislc Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 Just make sure that after you enter your Report number and SS# info you say "agent" right away. If you don't, you'll get the "did you want to disconnect" type of message for the call if you don't do it quickly enough before going to the dispute selections.
