BTO429
I went to court over medical bills on my son and a judgment was entered but the ca can not garnish my wages because I am on VA disability. Is the disability enough grounds to vacate the judgment since the ca can't collect. These bills are over eight years old. The ca filed just before the deadline in 2005. admin
I'd try for a regular vacation of judgment. Surely you can find some grounds. But otherwise, the answer to your question is "no".
