mycorrado Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 I wrote the president of an unamed bank and got two recent lates dropped!!!The letter did address some technical issues with their website and I printed out a page that listed accounts and no due date as a contributing factor (poor use interface).A very nice lady called and said they would be coming off,including the late fees.
