dan12909 Posted April 18, 2008 Report Share Posted April 18, 2008 i have a OC that says i have a account with them and the OC is Verzon Wireless and alittle background on this is that i upgraded my wireless acount in chicago last october and the stupid sales rep created me a new account for the central division well after i caught that i went back to the store and had him fix it well now i get my credit report and it shows i owe them money and that new account he created is also charged off. i have my cc statement that shows i returned the air card and then recharged me for the card on my correct wireless account. i am hoping i have the reciepts he has but verzon also says they cant look at the notes on the account to verify what i am saying since they say its charged off and cant even look at the account now. i find that hard to believe and there has to be a way for them to look at that account. my thing is should i go back to the store that i got it at with my cc statement and hopefully my recient if i still have it and if so what should i do? the Collection agency that i guess owns it now is someone i have never heard of and not sure how to go about dealing with them yet im hoping i can get verizon to delete the account and clean up the mess that there sales rep created Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
