willingtocope
Based on the their web site...my suggestion would be..."danger, Will Robinson". When advertisers use wording like "as low as 5.9%"...and then 4 or 5 sentence later mention "those with excellent credit"...I'm not too confident of their intentions. They also talk about limits in the $5-6k range...is that all you need, or is that just to make the next couple of months payments? Not sure what kind of an offer they gave you, but, I think I would pass. It looks like one of those places that throws cement life preservers so that they can get in on the action. Guest Sunshine260
I didn't look them up on the BBB but also know that is for more smaller companies. I think they are a larger one. I got referred by my broker. I wanted a HELOC but they got me an unsecured loan instead. It ended up being a better deal. The rate was higher than there starting rate on the website. No to bad though, they got me 35,500. A little extra to cover there cost.I also went to LendingTee which was helpful. But too many phonecalls from them
Guest Alwasyhelping
I have been trying to do some research on lifehouse as well. Most of what I have found has been positive. I read on another posting someone got 125k after about a month of working with them. Their website actually says 100k max. I am thinking of using them for a business loan. I have just opened my very own flower shop. They have been able to get me a 35k Line of Credit from shore. My question is that they wanted to work with me to improve my credit in order to get a higher approval amount. Can I really do anything significant in the next 90 days to improve my credit. Let me know.
Guest hflowers
I Would have to admit, anyone that could complain about a free service should examine their inner self. The last time I received something for free i was more than happy even if it wasn't exactly what i wanted. I was approved through them and have a 602 score. With my score I didn't think it was possible. I had to get my score for them to use but after sending them my information they were able to match me with 1 lender they felt could help. They were write. The rate was a little higher than I like, but i have a few negatives on my report so i completely understand the 15% rate. All good things to say here. Its refreshing dealing with a company that is looking out for your best interest.
Guest Mrs. Brown
I contacted this company to help me get a loan for 50k and they were only able to obtain 42k at a high rate of 9%. They are okay but not great.
