Let me try it this way. I am not intimidated by the court system, nor the judges or for that matter anyone place or thing but I will be going to court in a couple of weeks. I am confined to a wheelchair, unable to move myself or get around. I am going to be in the judges chambers and to get there I must be wheeled, at which time I lose control of my ability to go where I want. I am looking forward to facing the corrupted judge and the pipsqueak little attorney, the zombie guy trying to get a judgment for his retirement fund. mBut I want my 'care taker' my son in law, Mr. Johnson to stay with me so I can maintain my freedom and rights. Do I make him Power of Attorney so he can stay with me, or can I just say, he stays? The last time one of these bailiffs rolled me around he smashed my legs into the door jam three different times. (his real name is Johnson) there arer other medical reasons in which I need someone to react quickly. I have a very good case against the Zombie Collection firm, but I want the enjoyment of being there, and able to demonstrate my 'bark' which is ferocious and will send chills through the bones of even a corrupted criminal judge and pipsqueek little lawyer. So how do I insist I keep my JOHNSON with me?
