I have sent a 623 letter and disputed with all 3 CRA's came off one; so not they are on 2 CR's. Will age off in 2009 but i would like to try to get them off if i can. lovebug5 Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 Did you send your 623 letter after you disputed with the CRA's and it came back as verified?If they didn't respond to your 623 and they were the sole data furnisher on your CR's, I'd follow it up with a second letter and a BBB complaint.
