dallaseagle567 Posted April 21, 2008 Report Share Posted April 21, 2008 After a second DV letter to COllectcorp (they were the most aggressive agency ive ever dealt with) they bowed out and looks as though they sold the account Allied Interstate. Ill be sending off their DV letter tommorow. I'm gonna fight this until the end! BTW, on ym CR they account is marked as Charge off with the OC. If the OC tradeline shows a balance due of $0 and is marked SOLD -- then it has been sold. If the tradeline shows a balance due then most likely the OC still owns the account.The easy and accurate way to find out is to call the OC and ask. They won't bite you. Who are the other 9? How many votes did they receive? How many candidates in the universe of candidates? Who decides the meaning of worst? Exactly what is the meaning of worst?
