BTO429 Posted April 22, 2008 Report Share Posted April 22, 2008 I had a total of four tax liens on my CR, 2 were very old and out dated TU deleted them. EX deleted them, EQ only shows one of them. I have the court records that show the two liens were expunged by the state.The other two are from 2007 and were recalled by the state, seems a house which I sold had a couple tax liens with the new owner but te states records showed me still owning the house after selling it three ears ago. I corrected tis with the state and they recalled the warrants ad I have the letter from the state saying so.I sent copies of the letters to the CRA's and disputed, TU deleted them,EX updated them as released, EQ just has them as filed. after updating them.I need these off my CR they are killing me.
