I am using it myself and it has cut my 30 year mortgage down to 13.4 years! With no change in Lifestyle and NO refinancing of existing mortgage. It is a great way to think outside the box – watch the videos in Step 1 & 2 on my websiteWe are presenting it to the Board of Realtors next Tuesday, so hopefully all the Realtors in town will start selling it, too.She is a realtor, and if you can still sell houses in Florida in this economy, hey thats saying something.But I am still thinking pyramid.

There also does appear to be a "pyramid" type part of it where you sell to others too.
