s_hendrix
My sister has a fairly new collection from AllianceOne Receivables Management on her report that she wants to take care of because it has already caused her a problem getting a car loan. It is a small amount, around $300, so she wants to go ahead and pay it off and get it deleted. She sent a Pay for Delete to them, but they never responded and the time for her to pay on the "contract" has passed. The letter was sent to their office in Trevose, PA, with no specific person addressed. Is there a person, or another office, that she needs to send another letter to where she can expect a response? Thanks
jayjay
FWIW, I've sent two or three letters to AOI, and never received anything back. *shrug*
chrismg
Unfortunately no response is the typical response for a CA for a PFD, especially for CC debt. Medical/Utility is a bit easier to get a PFD.
