crnbread73
i just received a letter from a jdb for a repod jeep that I co-signed for (long story just say i learned not to ever co-sign for just a boyfriend no matter how long together). my question is that when contract was signed primary was in az and i the co-signer was here in cali. which statute of limitations applies and how should i dv? should I say that they are no longer able to collect based off of sol? For cali i know it is past sol but i think for az it is right on the border. please advise.

Do a search to see if AZ and CA has adopted the UCC or have a similar state UCC.
