PrincessAmy
Okay, so I am got another bill from the CA reporting the 42 medical accounts (well 2 different CA's, each reporting 2 sets of 42 accounts). DV's weren't timely, so I realize they didn't have to respond to the DV's. They sent me a bill for the above mentioned accounts.I'm going to get a 623 letter put together, but do I do a seperate one for EACH account, or can I include all the accounts together? And when I do that, what should I expect in return from the CA? I'm just trying to wrap my head around all this.

Did you do any AG complaints? That's crazy all those medical accounts. I would hate to have to deal with that! I've only seen one account per facility, not per visit. Maybe the AG can get them to consolidate these accounts.Maybe you can convince the AG that the CAs are intentionally poisoning your reports and scores with all these trade lines. All the Dr.s I see have only one account for my entire family.
PrincessAmy
Yup, the letters from the CA's is jsut their letterhead with the account numbers, hospital name and amount + interest and how they're willing to settle with me.Curious though, what is the SOL on medical accounts? Are they considered written or under UCC which is 3 years?
