If the caller is in India , how do You enforce Our Laws on them ? :confused:

I also have to believe that there privacy laws are not as strong as ours , and how would You enforce any violations.


The courts would still hold their American business accountable for the actions of their employees, no matter where their employee is.

What I would like to know is, if they are an American business and we have a minimum wage law, why should they be allowed to pay below our minimum wage to other countries. If they were forced to pay our minimum wage period, maybe they would just keep the jobs here because there would be no more savings.
