Not sure what to do, DV'd CA and 623'd OC

I have two negative TL's reporting by the same collection agency from the same property management company. I disputed both items with each of the CRA's. Shorty after disputing the CA called my home and I asked for validation for both accounts. During the same time period I contacted the OC asking for documentation. All CRA disputes came back verified.

I received a verification response from the CA on both accounts. I assume this was a dunning letter as it had the 30 day verbiage. I also received two account ledgers from the OC with some collection verbiage on it as well.

I DV'd the CA separately for both accounts within the allotted 30 days and I sent an investigation request(623) to the OC. The 30 day time limit has passed, the date the green cards were signed.

I am not sure what to do now. I assume I should send out a second round of DV letters to the CA but what should I do about the OC? Do I send another letter to them? And if so, in what form should I take? Another 623? Should I file a complaint to their local BBB? If so, what information should I include?

I am sorry to just now respond but here is my late update.

I received the account ledgers from the OC before I sent the 623 letter. I never received a response to my 623 letter for either account. I do have problems with the amounts allegedly owed and stated as such in the 623 letter.

Specifically, apartment A is charging for a full carpet replace and clean up. The account ledger is very hard to understand and I asked for clarification for line items during my *move out* period. Things were added, subtracted and so on. Additionally, the account ledger references the wrong address for this apartment complex(apartment b's address). I asked point blank for them to provide evidence substantiating their claims(i.e. photos, receipts).

For apartment b, the account ledger again states the wrong address. This time it is an address that I have never lived at. It also has a spelling of my name I have never used and is not on the lease I signed. I realize this could be a simple typo but that in addition to the wrong address concerns me. Also, I again asked for clarification of line items in the ledger.

So to backup, I have sent a 623 letter to the OC and received no response. I feel like I had a valid reason to ask for an investigation in this matter and was ignored. I also have sent two DV letters to the collection agency for each account. I received generic responses to my letters for both accounts except for my 2nd DV on apartment b, I received a copy of my lease which I didn't have. Note, the address listed on the lease does not match the account ledger for apartment b.

I don't know what to do at this point. I am pretty sure I am out of the SOL for apartment a and very close, it not already, out for apartment b. In the interest of full disclosure, at the time this all occurred I was pretty apathetic about my credit and it is possible I owe apartment b money - it's been a long time and I am just not sure.

Another interesting note, I researched the property management company and found they have had a class action lawsuit brought against them for inappropriately charging accounts. They also have an awful BBB rating.

My end goal is to get these two items off my credit report but I feel like I am hitting a brick wall here. I feel like I am cooperating, my responses are timely but I am not getting the clarification or proof I feel I deserve. What should my next step be? Thanks!

I apologize for the wordiness - months of frustration spilled out tonight.
