Guest maryhero
In 2005 I settled a Visa credit card debt as 'settlement in full'. I just pulled my CR from the big 3 and Experian is showing this as a Charge Off in 2004 and a Foreclosure in 2005. I've never heard of a credit card 'foreclosing' on a person. They certainly never said anything to me in regards to foreclosure, and neither Equifax nor TU use this term. Is anyone familiar with this situation or know anything that might shed some light?
