will35010
I know how everybody in Texas on here says you can dv anytime in TX. My question is if you aren't a Texas resident, but the CA or OC is in Texas do they have to abide by that?

will35010
You have to be a TX resident to take advantage of the TFC.I know you have to be resident to file anything in court using TFC statues. But wouldn't the OC & CA have to abide by their respective state's statues? I would think so...even though though the only thing you could do is report them to the AG.
