bingo
The point I'm trying to make is, even if you file bk today, you won't be able to support yourself so, why file at all? Wait and make certain that when you file you've got all of your debts covered. For example, copays on medical claims that you can't afford, insurance deductibles, etc. What happens if your car dies and you can't afford repairs and you're stuck with that auto loan on a car that doesn't run? jq26
Bingo makea a good point. The bankruptcy is a trump card to escape from the burden of debt. If you pull the BK card too early, you leave yourself in a precariopus situation with no way out for at least 8 years.
