Hello everyone: HSBC and collections

First of all, thank you to creditinfo and the rest of you for your incite.

Although this is my first post, this website has been an invaluable tool towards credit repair.

The issue I am having with HSBC is unbelievable. On EXperian they report the account as sold/transferred. On TU they report the account as chargeoff.

Validated numerous times with TU and each time comes back verified no changes. HSBC sends document that says account sold. zero balance. In no part of the letter does it say payment after collection.

The original CA (MCM) immediately deleted the file upon fist dv.
