If I get an OC's tradeline removed but CA comes and adds a tradeline..reinsertion?

I had the CRA remove a tradeline that the OC put on my credit report, but then a CA came and added it to my Credit Report.

Is this a reinsertion?

Can it be argued to a CRA that it is a reinsertion?

Why did the CRA remove it? Not yours? Out of date? If the OC sold it to somebody, then that somebody can add their own TL. (And, remember, CAs don't buy debts...junk debt buyers buy debts).

It's not reinsertion if it's not the same agency reporting it, was this debt sold or charged off?

Good points. At this time, I am not sure if it was sold or why it was removed.

What if it is just "assigned"?

Can the CA still report?

Yes they can as long as it's still within the 7.5 years reporting for the DOFD. You may want to check your dates since sometimes accounts get reaged in this manner.
