cheyenne52883
I got a rewards 660 card 1/2008 due to the fact that I needed a positive credit line no matter how crappy the terms. I got this card because it was supposed to report to atleast 2 of the bureaus. It did this for about 2 months and then fell off the reports. My main question is that I had some hard times and had to charge up the card (I am working at paying it off). Should I call customer service to complain about the card not being on my credit reports or is now a good time to let it slide and then complain once the card is paid down? JustaTexan
Well if you have them report the card now, with the balances being high, it will probably hurt your credit. I know from personal experience that having cards maxed out will hurt your credit worse than having older collections. Good luck!
cheyenne52883
That was my thought... I'll wait until I pay it down then complain...
JustaTexan
That is the route I would go too! Good luck!
isislc
I would follow through on this as long as you hadn't gone over the limit and you get the card down to 30% hun. If you don't, all the history from when it was first opened will go along with it as well as lates, high balances and over the limits.
cheyenne52883
Yeah.. I will call them when I get the card down to 30%... I don't want to lose the positive credit line.
