chuckwagon
i owe about $200 to a bank for overdraft fees of bounced checks that went into collectionswhat should i do in the process to pay it off?
LUEser
Have you called to see if they'll take installments, or do they require a lump sum? Also, have you asked if they'll forgive some of the overdraft fees; the bank I've been with for a few years now have helped me out like that in the past when some things cleared before they should have. If the lump sum is all they'll take, time to start saving...

LUEser
Oh, didn't know it was on your CR. Hmm... That's a good question. Not sure if any of the standard negotiation tactics we have will work on a bank. You wanna be the guinea pig, and try for a PFD?
