Ex refuses to delete liens thinking of suig

I have two liens for state sales tax. I have discussed this before and I took the advice of several people and the state of Indiana recalled them.

I disputed with the cra's and TU deleted them but Ex said the papers I sent them a copy of the letter from the Indiana dept of revenue saying the liens were reported in error and were recalled, are not sufficient proof for them to accept as proof to delete, they did change tem to released but it is still incorrect.

I am going to file a suit but not sre where or how to do this. Do I file in my local small claims court?

I am going the defamation and financial injury route. Unless some one here has something better.

I have wrote several letters and called several times about this and tey refuse to delete it.
