CR shows a collection that was paid with the OC

My wife CR shows a collection for a medical bill that was turned over to a collection agency. I went to the hospital and found out it was an insurance mistake. The hospital took care of this situation and told me they would recall it from the CA. It came off my report but not my wifes.

You have a simple one here from what I can tell. Contact the hospital, explain the problem that it is still being reported as a collections account, get a letter stating the account is paid and that it is being reported erroneously. Send the letter to both the CRA and the CA and request deletion.
