sgip2000
I've had a checking and savings account with US Bank for several years. I've applied for their Platinum Visa a couple of times and been denied. Last month I try again and get the standard 7-10 day message.Last week I logged into my accounts via online banking and see a new "Credit Card" account. I received my card in the mail on Friday. For anyone else who's after this card, this was almost 4 years post CH7 with a FAKO of about 680.

deltadawn
I have a US Bank cc - interest rate is 8.99% fixed; however, on my terms and agreement, I have to charge something within the year or they sock a $40 maint. fee...............I've made myself a memo - so I don't forget. ThanksYes, on most of their "basic" cards, you are only charged the annual fee if you don't use the card; however, many of their "rewards" cards have an AF no matter what. deltadawn
The reward cards, if I remember correctly, are at a higher interest rate.
