confusedinms
Got a quick question for you:I timely DV'd a CA (along with disputing it with CRA), and got the "we received your letter, and we are contacting ABC company to get the information" response. This has happened to me a couple of times before, different companies, with never any further communication from the CA (they sold the accounts). I am guessing this isn't a sufficient validation, but I don't know how much additional time this would realistically buy them. Should I hold firm to the 30 days or give them longer before I send a second letter? Any experience with this? (FYI Account is outside SOL). Thanks a ton!!!! swirlgirl
If the account is outside of SOL, what re your intentions with this? Are you looking to settle?
confusedinms
Honestly, it's a debt of my sister's which I stupidly signed for a while back. She has no intention of paying, and I just want it off my credit report.
