swirlgirl
Have you sent a written complaint to your lender? Sometimes the telephone reps can't help.
LUEser
Send them a Qualified Written Request under RESPA. You can see it outlined here: http://debt-consolidation-credit-repair-service.com/forums/showthread.php?t=289853Become familiar with section 2605If you ask the right way, you should be able to get an entire accounting of your loan, when payments were received and when they posted them from this. I'm in the process of doing this right now with Countrywide for the ladyfriend. If your records contradict theirs, then you'll have a more solid backing for your case if you decide to pursue litigation. (Which I blatantly encourage).
