How does this sound?

Dear NCO Financial Debt Collector/Attorney:

This letter will serve as your legal notice under provisions of the FDCPA, to cease all communications with me and any third parties in regard to the debt referenced above.

If you fail to cease communications, I will file a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, my States Attorney General, and the State Bar Association.

Your representative Mrs. XXXX communicated with me September 17, 2008 at 07:40 AM, and was in violation of FDCPA rules as follows: 1692c (a)(1), 1692e(a)(10), 16923(a)(5), 1692g(a), 1692g(B), 1692e(a)(2)(A). I communicated with American Express directly on September 17, 2008, and was informed they have not sold the above referenced debt. They advised me to continue to pay them directly and not to deal with you. Therefore I will not work with you.

You are also notified that should any adverse information be made against my credit reports as a result of this notice that action will be taken.

Sincerely,

XXXXXXXXXXXX

cc. American Express
