I know I paid it but when I asked PSEG they had nothing.NCO sends me 3 pages of payments and charges we made...however the last date is 4/27/07 I owed $362.65, However I moved out in October 2006...after I moved in October, I got charges for 59.00, 46.00 17.42 , 18.09 how is this possible when I didnt live there. swirlgirl Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 Conact PSEG and get a copy of your billing history. That along with your proof of payment should be enough to convince them.But know that after you move out of apartment in the middle of a billing cycle, most utilities produce a last bill.
