He paid the amount in full and his Experian credit report it states that the account was paid in settlement. Do we dispute this with Experian or the ca? scorch Posted November 12, 2008 Report Share Posted November 12, 2008 In order to make sure I am understanding, you are saying he paid a collection agency the full amount of a bill and it was updated to "paid"?
