How do you know???

Recommended Posts

How do you know exactly what your being sued for? If 'breech of contract' is mentioned in the court papers, do you focus on the 'original signed contract' as your defense? Are there other key words to look for that may be 'mutually exclusive'? I want to make sure I don't put my foot squarely in my mouth as I am not a lawyer.
