JKELLIS
I have all my answers to AAC silly questions, and need to know if I need to file my answers with the court, just to show I was a good kid, and answered on time. Also, since they have 5 more days to answer my questions and "productions", should I send AAC a friendly reminder, to answer my questions, and prove the debt is mine? And do I file a copy of that with the court, or just keep the return signed mail receipt?ThanksJKE(investing in a paper mill all because of AAC)
admin
More important to file with the courts than with the lawyers.
Recovering Attorney
Discovery? Serve the lawyers by certified mail. File the orignals if you choose.
