Sent dispute to CRA.. CA sends letter

The CRAs must respond within 30 days. It's the law. Write them another letter and show them the proof that they did not respond and ask them to delete whatever was in your letter. I am assuming that you've given them a few days for mailing, etc,

You received the dunning because the CRA contacted the CA for verification. You are back on the radar. But these are two separate issues.

yes do the above, and then tell the CA (do not tell them directly to pay on tape or they will say this is a promise to pay and re-age your account)... tell them CRM that your not sure if the account is yours but an agreement can be made if they agree to not report to the CRA's. Do this after the CRA deletes. Buy time with debt validation in the mean time with the CA.
