reeno
thanks, I know there is a soft inquiry and hard inquiry, how do I know the difference, and does that make a difference in how long?
swirlgirl
On your credit report, there should be two sections of inquires and it should indicate which ones only you can see and which ones external parties can see. Both stay for 2 years. But the soft pulls don't affect your credit score.
Dre
thanks, I know there is a soft inquiry and hard inquiry, how do I know the difference, and does that make a difference in how long?...and whenever you pull your credit report (yourself; not a company)...it is only a soft inquiry which will NOT hurt your score.
