ppodmama Posted December 18, 2008 Report Share Posted December 18, 2008 Here is the order of events;June 2008 Chase charge off $4000.0July 2008 CA Contacts meJuly 2008 DV request sent by me to CA- No ReplySeptember 2008 Mann Bracken Contacts MeSeptember 2008 DV sent to Mann Bracken-No ReplyOctober 2008 Notice of Arbitration from Mann Bracken w/ Settlement offerOctober 2008 NAF Letter advising of Arbitration RequestNovember 2008 I send acceptance of Settlement offer to Mann BrackenDecember 2008 NAF Sends Letter citing Award of Arbitration to ChaseToday 12-18 Mann Bracken Sends me A letter Via USPS dated October 28 BUT Rubber stamped 11-12-08 with a Postage date of 12-15-08 Stating:" In response to your request for validation of debt in accordance with 15USC&1692g(a)(4), please find the enclosed validation of the above referenced account. If you have any questions contact us...WHY AM I GETTING THIS NOW, AFTER ARBITRATION NOTICE, WITH THREE SEPERATE DATES? WHAT DO I DO NOW??? I AM SO CONFUSED.
