chava2002
Does anybody know of a good bank to refinance a mortgage loan that uses Transunion reports and not the other two? From my experience, banks will say that they use all credit scores but only wind up pulling up one credit report. I know this from checking my reports after they have done the credit check. I'm sure some do pull multiple reports but not all do.For some reason my transunion report is missing accounts (car loan, credit card). The accounts have always been in good standing but not having them on my transunion report greatly improves my debt ratio...By the way... my Tranunion score is 680 although I can push it up a bit more by lowering a couple of credit card balances below the 30% mark.thanks! Also if you need a vehicle most car dealers use trans union.

firstsource
What are the scores for the other two? Do these companies that are not showing up on your credit report submit to credit bureaus? Charles
QMAX21
Ive never seen a mortgage lender that just uses one report.I agree, however they sent me a letter showing that they did use Transunion though and not the other two. I'm sure they lied but what else is new with big business these days!
