Attorney using a fake name?

Hello all,

I responded to a first set of interrogatories, etc. last week and I also sent my own set of discovery questions back to the attorney. I sent it via Certified mail where the attorney has to sign for it, and I receive the signed postcard back.

Well, I got the postcard back within days, and it is signed by "Jerry Lewis." The first thing I thought of was that they signed with a phony name, because this isn't the attorney's name. Has anyone heard of someone doing this? Could there really be a "Jerry Lewis" there? (I've looked on their website and no one by that name is listed) Can they use a fake name?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought it was rather curious.
